Media campaigns and partnerships

With new pension reforms and a groundswell of change in the financial services market, Friends Life decided to stand up and stand out. And to help them, we created their first integrated media campaign. Tying together the different business units we delivered a multi-channel campaign, which communicated to their five million customers that ‘it’s good to be with friends.’ We built brand awareness and focused on direct response.

With strategic planning and customer segmentation, the creation of advertising and brand guidelines and an integrated advertising campaign through national press, trade press, OOH and rich media, we were able to treble brand consideration and deliver 5.8 million campaign impressions.

We created a media partnership with The Telegraph, and new digital, editorial content and social media assets. Direct enquiries for corporate benefits products increased by 350%.
